While I wait for Janel to post her blog, I decided I better write one too.
This has been a great month so far. Vacation: free time, getaways (San Diego this weekend), being in school without HAVING to be there, and people I've met (a guy from Strikers All Stars). FANTASTIC.

Also, I have read about The SECRET of Life. I'd say I pretty much practice the secret without knowing which is a major plus :)

I am in dire need to shop.! I really need new clothes. Im in mid-change.
All I have to do is picture it. YAY money.

Yes, many times. I seem to attract guys I do not have much interest in. I usually avoided them, or have someone tell them I wasnt interested, or use another guy as an excuse, BUT there were some I made exceptions to.

In two of these cases, I said yes. The first one didnt turn out so well.
And the reason I said yes even if I knew I didnt like him that way? He was just so goshdarn persistent. I actually did say no, at first. but he just kept asking and asking. And i didnt want to be mean so I just said yes. BIIIIIIG mistake. I ended up breaking up with him after a few weeks. I jumped at the first chance I had a reason to break up with him.

Now the second one, as if I didnt learn from my mistake, didnt turn out very well either. I have to admit, I actually started to have feelings for this guy AFTER I said yes. But not strong enough to keep it going for more than a month. He and I had a great time, but I didnt feel that "I'm so madly in love" feeling. Besides, I felt sorry for him. He was waaaaaay too into me (he would commute 3 hours to and from here just to see me, even when he had an injury) and I just wasnt that into him. I liked him and his company but I didnt think I deserved all that lovin'.

So I thought I had a pretty fantastic Valentine's Day with my friends. I got to explore Los Angeles, the good AND bad. I got lost, but found my way back. I hung out with people I've missed. I got to get to know my bestfriend's guy a bit more. My cousin even slept over at my place. BUT  then I found this:

~the bus took too long..i feel left out, i ddnt knw i went to a charity..etc..lmao"

and that just PISSED ME OFF.
first of all, I invited him and said I was going to pay for his food because I wanted too and I've somewhat missed him, not because he's poor or needy. CHARITY? Biznatch, do you WANT me to chase you with a slipper? because I will.
Also, he felt left out because he wasnt responding to me. I tried, and OH I TRIED hard to get you guys included but you were in your own little bubble. Sometimes it helps when you're actually TRYING to mingle a little. Which, btw, is one of the reasons I broke up with you.

I asked you, as a friend, to spend valentine's day with me and my friends so we would all be happy. Guess that didnt work out too well.

As for the bus thing, well maybe thats a sign that we cant even be just friends, huh?
